A very beautiful purple wildflower that grows to about 3 feet tall with very large purple daisy like flowers with drooping petals. With 3 foot blooms these flowers. Make a great background border. This North American native wildflower is an excellent addition to any garden. Plants are long-lived, and will grow well in a variety of conditions. The 3" to 4" flowers have beautiful lavender petals with a large cone-like, deep purple brown center. Makes a beautiful cut flower.
